How long are the exercises?
This course requires around 30 minutes each day. Most days can be less.
Do I need to continue the exercises after the 10 weeks?
Not necessarily. That’s the beauty of it. Once you’re aware of your sexual energy, released all the energy blocks inside of yourself, and can manipulate it at will, you’ll no longer need to continue the exercises. You’re purely sexually magnetic; no need for more practice. But, this may take longer than 10 weeks to achieve.
Is it a passive process?
So you want to lie down, listen to something, and miraculously develop sexual energy? Sorry but that’s not going to happen. This is not a passive process where you can fall asleep, and it still works. It’s a very active process where your mind – and body – should be working at 110%.
Does it has to do with hypnosis/NLP/binaural beats?
Not at all! It’s an innovative process that is not related to any other previous technology. Is this related to the Taoist sexual energy teachings?

Is there a pre-requisite to the training?
Yes. This training requires a moderate amount of inner power. If you don’t believe in yourself and have a lack of conviction in your self, it won’t do you much good. Also, you need the necessary willpower to follow through on it during the whole 10 weeks. If these areas are problematic for you, I recommend taking the 10 Steps to Inner Power before purchasing this course. Sexual Energy Mastery does not cover self-confidence, willpower, inner power, and related topics.
Another pre-requisite is the willingness to work with sexuality and your sexual energy. Sex usually stirs up deep-rooted emotions, so if you’re not willing to feel uncomfortable while doing these exercises, it’s best to find a different method for you.
What kind of exercises are there?
You will have an audio track to listen to every day. This audio has a high sexual content using paralinguistics with specific exercises in breathing, energy awareness, and energy movements. This is NOT hypnosis audio or binaural beats that work on your subconscious only. All the work is done consciously by you, the audio merely guides you in this practice.
If you are uncomfortable with high sexual content in the audio, it’s best if you find a different method for you.
Does it involve sexual activity?
No. All the exercises and techniques involve breathing, energy, and body movements. No sexual activity is required. However, you will have high sexual content in the audio tracks.
